Privacy policy
At Derqavio Inmobiliaria Colaborativa S.A.S. we take care of the data you share with us while you explore our real estate crowdlending platform. This document explains, in plain language, what information we receive, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights under Argentine Law 25.326 and complementary regulations.
1. Controller
The data controller is Derqavio Inmobiliaria Colaborativa S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71789432-6, with legal address at Av. Del Libertador 5820, floor 9, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. You can write to privacidad@derqavio.com for specific inquiries about your data.
2. Data we collect
We receive only what you decide to share: name, email address and message when using our forms. In the background we log standard technical data (anonymized IP address, browser type, visited pages) to operate the site and prevent misuse. We do not buy databases nor combine your data with third-party profiles.
3. Purposes
We use your data to reply to inquiries, send you information about published projects if you request it, comply with legal obligations and improve the site experience. We never use it to make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
The processing relies on your free and informed consent (when you complete a form) and on the legitimate interest of operating and protecting the platform. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or transfer your data. Only technology providers acting as data processors are involved (hosting, transactional email, aggregate analytics) under agreements that mirror this policy. When a competent authority requires it, we comply with the applicable legal requests.
6. International transfers
Some providers may host information in countries that the Access to Public Information Agency considers to offer an adequate level of protection, or through contractual clauses that replicate Argentine standards.
7. Retention
We keep the data for the time needed to fulfill the described purposes and the applicable legal obligations. Informal inquiries are kept for 24 months; data linked to specific operations is kept for the terms required by financial and tax regulations.
8. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update, delete or object to the processing of your data. Write to privacidad@derqavio.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We respond within the timeframes set by Law 25.326 and, if you are not satisfied, you may reach out to the Access to Public Information Agency.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data: encryption in transit, access controls, periodic reviews of our vendors and annual internal audits. No system is infallible, so we also maintain incident response plans.
10. Changes
If we update this policy we will announce it in advance on the site and change the last updated date. We recommend reviewing it from time to time.
